What makes this certificate program better than others?
I have a specialized field of study; I have written more than 10,000 pages of understanding human behavior which was derived from several years of study. When you go to the board, your certificates will be signed by a graduate from San Diego State University with the following titles: BSc (Psychology), AA Art, AA Arts & Humanities, AA Social/Behavioral Science, AA American Studies, AA Business, AA Social Science, AA Science & Math, AA Sociology, AS Psychology, AA-T Psychology, and AA Business & Technology.
My credentials hold a lot of weight, and creating rigorous assignments, grading techniques, and keeping my standards high, means that the board will take notice of where your education came from.
I have taken a lot of self-help courses, and every one of them lacks someone’s credentials, every one of them allowed me to write the bare minimum. They never explored human behavior, or what leads to violating another’s boundaries. In all those self-help courses I had never learned about what made me tic and tock, I never learned where my outdated beliefs and scripts came from, or understood the true process of a triggering event. In this course, due to hard work, determination, and perseverance, you will learn where you learned your outdated beliefs and scripts, The triggering process, how to identify when triggered, and how awareness presents you with choices.
Throughout the course, I will be teaching you how to incorporate your new set of morals, and ethical codes so that you will be in accord with the established social norms, standards of virtuous conduct, and morality of right and wrong behavior.
What can be gained from these courses is perpetual respect for the moral and ethical code of yourself and for your fellow man. Through your perseverance to achieve your character makeover, you will learn to take responsibility for your actions through duty, obligation, and accountability.

How this course works:
Each month I will send you a packet of homework, this homework will contain lesson plans, assignment numbers, materials needed, time required to complete the project, and key vocabulary. Your monthly assignments will total up to 40 hours and will contain questionnaires, surveys, readings, essays, workbooks, and art projects. You will be required to complete your homework packet in 30 days, then send it back, and I will review all your answers, grade them, categorize them in your file, and if you are not thoroughly answering your question, I will send it back with my reflection notes, and guide you on what needs to be fully explained. Then you will send it back to me, and I will include my review notes on the direction your insight is taking you, and how you are progressing. I will be sending you your next lesson two weeks before it starts so that you will have it in time. I understand for those who are incarcerated often institutional mail can run behind. If for some reason you still are not getting your packet in time for the new month, please let me know and I will send it out three weeks earlier.
In Neuropsychology, it is said that we reinforce our neural network by doing. That is why I have incorporated art into your therapy.
We often feel valued, refreshed, pleased, and proud when we complete an art project. Art therapy allows us to envision our future, visit our past, and learn how to follow the rules.
Benefits of this course:
How this course is funded:
Funding for each student is done through the benevolence of sponsors, friends, your family members, or you will pay for the course yourself. Sponsors will have stepped up to stand on the front lines with me in restorative justice.
Restorative justice is an approach to addressing crime that considers it not merely a transgression of the law. It acknowledges that crime damages human relationships and harms victims, communities, and even offenders. It entails a voluntary process that engages those accountable for and affected by, a criminal offense in constructive dialogue about the harm caused, and what can be done to repair it.
For each new student that I enroll, I must find sponsors to benefit them. So please be patient if you do not get enrolled immediately, I am working diligently on finding sponsors who will provide benefits for the next three years of your transition.
Those who have the means to pay for their way will automatically be enrolled in the course. The cost is $150.00 per month plus you will be responsible for all your course materials. All fees must be paid 2 weeks before the first day of the new month.
Space is limited, however, those who are willing to pay their way will get pushed up to the front of the line. For those incarcerated, a receipt will go into their lifer file with the inscription “Giving back to all those whom I have harmed” which you or your Attorney can highlight at your Board of Parole hearing.
If you are interested in taking this course, please send me a request letter.
Sincerely,
Michael Lawrence Tucker BSc (Psychology), AA Art, AA Arts & Humanities, AA Social/Behavioral Science, AA American Studies, AA Business, AA Social Science, AA Science & Math, AA Sociology, AS Psychology, AA-T Psychology, AA Business & Technology.
When 290 accusations are brought forth, it takes a professional who understands what the defendant is going through.
Those who have been accused of a 290 crime, will have a hard time telling the truth, even to their attorney.
Why?
For too long they have lied, cheated, and manipulated children, family, friends, and the community. For too long they used inaccurate thinking patterns known as cognitive distortions, or thinking errors, in attempts of trying to meet needs through victimization. Unfortunately, their needs are never met; if anything, they have only received scraps of attention.
Once accusations have been made, there is often a separation between the accused, and their victims, in turn spiraling the defendant into anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression are brought about by the loss of their lover, separation from intimacy, fear of being found out, and humiliation brought about by societal standards of right and wrong conduct.
Speaking freely to one’s council is never easy in a 290-allegation case, because the defendant is being penalized by their parental conscience, as they sit in front of their attorney trying to explain what happened. This often leads to shame, embarrassment, confusion, and minimization. Therefore, the defendant will lie, and manipulate the attorney into seeing their side.
Unfortunately, the victim is spilling their guts out to the prosecuting attorney. When the defendant goes to court on these allegations, the attorney's discovery report will be lopsided in favor of the prosecuting attorney. Why? because the victim told everything that happened, and the defendant left everything out due to shame, embarrassment, and thinking errors, all in attempts to diminish the subconscious conflict between their id and Super Ego.
Those involved in 290 cases often do not know how to ask for help, so instead, they imitate what life taught them to do: take from others to meet their own needs.
Being a long-term victim of child molestation, allows me to empathize with the defendant. Giving them someone whom they can draw strength from, someone who can understand what they are feeling, and help diminish some of their anxiety and depression.
Opening a good rapport with the defendant and presenting them to the attorney allows them to open up and explain in detail what transpired, balancing the lopsidedness in the stories of the victim and defendant.
